Leam Marketing: Bespoke AI Training and Campaign Automation for a Harlow Agency

Leam Marketing is a marketing agency based in Harlow. They came to us not for a problem but for an opportunity: their team wanted to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, image and video generation tools) competently across client campaigns, and they wanted to do it at a level that delivered measurably better campaign performance rather than just faster output.
We delivered a bespoke training workshop tailored to agency workflows and followed up with a campaign automation engagement.
The Starting Point
The team was already using AI tools informally. Different team members had different habits, different tools, different prompts. Some workflows were measurably faster; others were producing output that needed more revision than work done from scratch. The agency wanted to standardise the team's approach so that AI use was a deliberate quality and speed lever, not a coin flip.
What We Did
A bespoke half-day workshop covering: how to brief an AI tool for an agency creative task, how to integrate AI output into existing review and approval processes, how to use AI for research and competitor analysis without leaking client data, and how to pick the right tool for the right task across the four major platforms.
Followed by a campaign automation phase: setting up automated lead scoring, AI-assisted copy variants for A/B testing, and automated reporting that pulls from Google Ads, Meta and the agency's CRM into a single weekly digest.
The Results
Campaign performance improved across the brief sample of campaigns where the new approach was applied. The team reported faster turnaround on creative work and better consistency between team members on AI use.
Client Quote
“I booked a bespoke AI training workshop for our marketing team, and it exceeded all our expectations. My team was using AI tools to create high-quality content, analyze market trends, and personalize our customer outreach... This has led to a significant boost in our campaign performance.”
Lessons for Other Essex Agencies
AI training works best for agencies when it is bespoke to the agency's actual workflows rather than a generic "introduction to ChatGPT". The high-leverage moment is not learning the tool, it is integrating the tool into existing brief-to-deliverable processes so that AI use does not break QA or expose client data.
